Embracing a minimalist lifestyle can be a game-changer. It not only simplifies your life but also gives you a sense of control over your time, allowing you to spend more time doing what you enjoy daily.

As a minimalist, I try to simplify my daily routine as much as possible.

This includes a slow morning routine, going out for a thirty-minute walk, eating simple meals, and doing a daily cleaning task. 

Doing so gives me more time to do other things I would like to do during the day, like focusing on personal growth and spending quality time with my loved ones.

Decluttering to eliminate items you do not use or enjoy and maintaining a clutter-free home. 

Be conscious when making purchases and choose more sustainable purchases that are better for your finances and, more importantly, the environment.

Do a five-minute reset in the kitchen and living room, putting everything back where it belongs. 

Leave your workout clothes and shoes out to quickly get dressed for a workout or your clothes for work if you do not work out in the mornings.

Avoid scrolling on your phone and read a book instead. 

Make sure you sleep early and get at least eight hours of sleep.

Waking up at least fifteen minutes earlier than the last possible minute gives you enough time to prepare and helps your day go smoother.

This extra time can be used for a calming morning routine, such as stretching, meditation, or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. 

By waking up earlier, you can start your day with a sense of accomplishment, having already completed some tasks before the rush begins. 

As the days go by, slowly add five to ten minutes earlier so you can get used to waking up at least one hour ahead. 

You will be so surprised at how you can transform your day by waking up before everyone else.

The same goes for makeup. Go for a more natural look that requires fewer makeup items. 

I use only foundation, eyeliner, and lipstick in my quick and simple routine. You can also use these items with mascara and blush for color. 

A simple skincare and makeup routine saves you time and money and relieves you from the burden of a complex routine.

Whether you work from home or are a stay-at-home parent, getting dressed for the day is essential.

Avoid staying in pajamas all day.

Even better if you meal prep meals and eat leftovers for lunch.

A cleaning routine saves you time, and you know what you must do daily. If you have the energy for one more task the same day, do it to get ahead. 

Avoid missing your daily tasks, leaving you to do more the following day.

Daily five-minute resets will help you avoid spending more time tidying up later in the day. I take the time to do a reset before my toddler takes a nap and one in the evening before getting ready for bed.

I always have my phone on do-not-disturb mode, so I am never distracted when I receive a notification.

This will help you be more productive and avoid wasting time on your phone.
